The role

Learning Technology Support (LTS) seeks a skilled and experienced Technical Assistant to provide support for students and staff in IT open access areas assisted by Specialist Technicians.  This is a varied and dynamic role, and a key part of the role is working as part of a team that deals with enquiries from students and staff relating to UAL account queries, printing, on the use of design and presentation software on behalf of the LTS. This role will include troubleshooting problems students are having using software or hardware and to report critical issues in the correct procedure to the relevant parties. You will also ensure there is a comprehensive support service in place and University policy and procedures are complied with, contributing to the delivery of the LTS department's strategic plan.

Your Profile

Demonstrable and significant experience in Fashion Education at HE Level 7 is essential, with relevant professional experience in the industry. 

You will embrace online teaching and be ambitious to take this mode of study further by applying innovative approaches to teaching and learning.  You will design and provide an engaging and stimulating course both online and on campus, translating the excellence of the existing course to a flourishing online version.
