The role

This post will manage and develop the marketing and communications and events functions for UAL Awarding Body with a view to enhancing our reputation, increasing our reach, and delivering our commercial, educational and social ambitions. It is part of UAL Awarding Body’s Relationships and Insights team which leads our communications and content, events, business development, and research and policy work.

Your Profile

Your profile includes -


Experience of successfully managing a marketing and communications team

Experience of deploying traditional and digital marketing techniques

Experience of managing, or working closely with, events teams

Experience of developing marketing strategy and translating that into operational plans for customer acquisition

Experience of website Content Management Systems (CMS) and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

Experience of managing the creation of marketing collateral and content

Experience of reporting on, evaluating, and improving marketing activities

Experience of managing budgets and assessing return on investment in relation to marketing activity.
